“Oppenheimer” lidera la lista de nominados de los Premios Oscar 2024

Llegó el día de conocer las nominaciones a los Premios Oscar, uno de los reconocimientos más importantes de la industria del cine y como era de esperarse la cinta “Oppenheimer” de Christopher Nolan encabeza la lista, compitiendo en 13 categorías.
“Oppenheimer” recibió la nominación a mejor película; mejor dirección para-Christopher Nolan; actuación para-Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr. y Emily Blunt; y múltiples honores por el arte del drama sobre J. Robert Oppenheimer.
“Barbie”, de Greta Gerwig, recibió ocho nominaciones, incluidas las de mejor película; mejor actor de reparto para Ryan Gosling; mejor actriz de reparto para America Ferrera; y dos candidatas a mejor canción en “What Was I Made For” y “I’m Just Ken”. Pero Gerwig quedó sorprendentemente fuera de los mejores directores.
La épica cinta de Martin Scorsese “Killers of the Flower Moon” (“Los asesinos de la luna”) como la versión de Frankenstein de Yorgos Lanthimos “Poor Things” (“Pobres criaturas”) también fueron ampliamente celebradas. “Poor Things” obtuvo 11 nominaciones, mientras que “Killers of the Moon” fue nominada a 10 premios Oscar.
Lily Gladstone, protagonista de “Killers of the Flower Moon”, se convirtió en la primera indígena estadounidense nominada a mejor actriz. Por décima vez, Scorsese fue nominado a mejor director. Leonardo DiCaprio, sin embargo, se quedó fuera del premio al mejor actor.
La exitosa cinta película “La Sociedad de la nieve”, del español Juan Antonio Bayona, que habla sobre el accidente del vuelo 571 de la fuerza aérea uruguaya en Los Andes que se ha convertido en la más vista de Netflix, fue nominada a Mejor Película Internacional y Mejor Maquillaje y Peluquería.
Los Oscar se entregarán el 10 de marzo en el teatro Dolby de Los Ángeles y será conducida por el comediante Jimmy Kimmel.
